John and Marcia Rowley, founders and former owners of International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), are successful entrepreneurs who have created and supported large-scale loyalty and benefit programs for some of the world’s most respected brands. Offering innovative B2B solutions in the travel, hospitality, retail and financial markets, their unique travel-based programs have helped engage and grow their partners' customer bases, transactions and revenue. Through John and Marcia’s vision, leadership and long-term partner relationships, they have connected their global supplier network directly with qualified consumers, injecting value and optimizing customer engagement for their key partner brands.
Driven to innovate and create differentiated products in the travel and leisure industry, the Rowleys, along with their technology partner, Ciprian Morar, founded ONE (Open Network Exchange). ONE’s mission is to deploy its next-generation technology platform and related solutions to provide business transformation products and services for leading global brands.
Ciprian Morar
Ciprian Morar has an impressive career in technology platform design and development. Ciprian became an early employee of Expedia, leading design, technology, and product development across Europe as well as starting Expedia's Private Label business worldwide. Following the meteoric rise of Expedia, Ciprian consulted for Virgin Group, built and sold a travel tech company to Totalstay/JAC Travel and later founded Lateral Group, a global design & technology company made up of dreamers, inventors and software engineers who think differently in order to create, build and grow businesses. Ciprian joined ICE as Chief Technology Officer in 2018 where he led the architecture and redesign of its legacy technology platform and technology mergers and acquisitions. After leaving ICE he reconnected with the Rowleys and together they founded ONE. He is uniquely positioned to redefine the way technology products are built through rapid prototyping, experience design and software as an engineering practice with a focus on quality.
Lani Kane-Hanan
Lani Kane-Hanan is a widely respected innovative C-suite executive with an accomplished record of accelerating growth and strengthening the position of the companies she leads. Prior to joining ONE as CEO in early 2023, Lani was the EVP and Chief Development & Product Officer for MVW—Marriott Vacations Worldwide. During her 20+ year career at MVW, she drove the company’s growth through the development of new products, resorts, experiences, and enterprise innovation. Lani was instrumental in the conceptualization and transformation to Marriott Vacation Club's point-based timeshare model, as well as its spin-off from Mariott International. Prior to joining MVW, Lani was part of the senior leadership team at Arthur Andersen and Horwath Hospitality, real estate consulting practices in Miami, where she specialized in development, acquisitions, and strategic planning for lodging, residential, and cruise line companies.
Dan brings an extensive history in the financial arena to ONE. He’s held roles as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at previous organizations. Is these roles Dan advised boards of directors, management teams, investors and lenders on business transformation, corporate finance, and strategic planning. As a leader, he has a proven track record building world class finance organizations, and has led and developed successful accounting and finance teams by implementing strategic initiatives that drive change and maximize value. In his role at ONE, Dan will play a key role in the long term success of the company by creating future-proof financial strategies to ensure accelerated organizational growth.
As Senior Vice President of Supplier Partnerships & Programs, Laurie develops and builds strategic partnerships with our key accounts, including partners, vendors and suppliers, to drive growth for their businesses and for ONE. Laurie brings a demonstrated history of expertise in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, marketing and communications across multiple industries and organizations in the travel, hospitality, cruise, and financial industries. Before joining ONE, Laurie spent over 20 years in key executive management roles at ICE, where she honed her expertise in delivering white-label solutions that allow organizations to tap into the stored value that exists within their membership bases.
As the leader of ONE’s consumer marketing and business development practices, Marlene is responsible for leading all B2B and B2C marketing initiatives with the mission to acquire, engage and retain customers and clients across all of ONE’s lines of business and partner programs. She brings 20+ years of marketing experience working in the travel and hospitality space, holding key leadership positions for Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International. Marlene has spent her career focused on CRM strategies to grow company’s closed user groups and increase customer lifetime value. Prior to joining ONE, Marlene held several marketing leadership positions at ICE before transitioning into a Business Development leadership role.
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Cruise Programs & Trade Relations, Eva is responsible for the development and management of cruise line and travel agency relationships and programs. Eva has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry leading complex sales, business development, operations and administrative teams. Prior to joining ONE, Eva held both sales and legal leadership roles in the cruise industry, including most recently as Vice President, Sales for Holland America Line and Seabourn.
As the leader of ONE’s Global Contact Center Network Ryan is responsible for leading all sales, operations & service delivery teams across ONE’s Contact Centers. Beginning in 1997, Ryan started off as a contact center agent selling outbound long-distance packages for MCI WorldCom. From there he has held just about every position in a contact center from a coach to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining ONE, Ryan spent more than a decade with the largest outsourced contact center in the world leading operations & account management teams for some of the most admired brands. In 2007 he partnered with the pioneer of virtual agents to start work-at-home contact centers. Since that time, he has helped four different mid-market contact centers through various merger & acquisition exits.
As Senior Vice President of EMEA Partner Programs & Global Marketplace, Stacey is responsible for executing partner programs and operationalizing ONE’s global marketplace to deliver the extraordinary value and breadth of products with seamless integration. Stacey brings 20+ years of experience within the travel and vacation ownership industries, driving large-scale client implementation, key account management and enterprise-wide program management best practices. Prior to joining ONE, Stacey held several leadership positions at ICE, including Vice President, Agile PMO before setting out to form her own consulting company.
As Vice President of Strategic Product Management, Max provides oversight on our Product Lifecycle from design, development, financial modeling, and product implementation. With ONE’s powerful e-commerce platform, Max provides a pivotal role overseeing our portfolio of solutions that drive the value generation for ONE, our partners and foremost, our consumers. With the capability to customize loyalty programs tailored to our business partners, Max provides expertise in creating robust loyalty and engagement programs that provide additional revenue streams to our partners. Max has over 15 years of international experience in the travel, membership and financial industries. Prior to joining ONE, Max led Operations, Marketing, Program Development, and Project Management teams at Freedom Financial Network, ICE and Direct Buy, providing him expertise to build strategic solutions for successful business outcomes.
As Senior Vice President of Business Development & Account Services, Don spearheads business expansion and new market opportunities for ONE. His team oversees and strengthens client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention and continued business growth. Don is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in global business development and product strategy within the travel, leisure and hospitality sector. Before joining ONE, Don spent over 30 years at RCI, Wyndham Destinations and Travel + Leisure, Co., holding executive positions in business and product development and delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Lani Kane-Hanan
Lani Kane-Hanan, is a widely respected industry executive with more than 30 years of experience in the travel and leisure industry. Previously, Kane-Hanan held the position of EVP and Chief Development & Product Officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW, NYSE:VAC) until February, 2023. In her global role at MVW, she was responsible for architecting growth and driving innovation through the development of new and reimagined products, resorts, brands, experiences, and partnerships. Prior to joining MVW in 2000, Kane-Hanan was part of the senior leadership team at Arthur Andersen’s real estate consulting practice, where she specialized in strategic planning and product development for leisure, residential, and cruise companies.

Morgan Hansill was a tremendous asset to ONE. As one of the first members of the ONE team, and our Chief Operating Officer, Morgan provided oversight of all administrative and operational aspects of the business including product development, implementation, human resources, and travel supplier relations. Morgan’s extensive experience in operational leadership was demonstrated by his consistent ability to transform organizations for success and was key in the formation and growth of ONE. Morgan held numerous executive management roles throughout his career, contributing to more than 15 years of experience in the travel and leisure industry. Morgan’s legacy lives on through his wife, Katie, and daughters Riley, Lola, and Piper. His presence at ONE will forever be missed, but his contributions towards ONE’s success will always be recognized!
